About Jujiang Group

1999: Jujiang Power was officially founded, focusing on the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of lead-acid batteries for automotive starting.

2003: Relocated from Wenzhou to Youbu Industrial Park, Lanxi, Zhejiang Province, establishing a large-scale production base.

2006: Zhejiang Keruida Plastic Co., Ltd. was put into production, extending to the upstream core component field of plastic casings and initially building a closed industrial chain.

2008: Jujiang Power Technology Co., Ltd. (the predecessor of the Group) was formally established.

2009: Incubated Jinhua Ruisen Packaging Co., Ltd., further improving the industrial chain layout and forming an integrated service capability of "production-packaging-sales".

2015: Incubated Kuaizhun Auto Service Wear Parts Platform, innovating the channel model; ranked 69th in China's Top 100 Battery Enterprises the same year.

2017: The export volume of lead-acid batteries reached nearly 40 million US dollars, ranking second in China, with products sold to more than 100 countries and regions worldwide.

2019: Launched the Malaysia Fuyang Factory project (covering an area of 220 mu with a planned capacity of 8 million units).

2022: Established Zhejiang Jujiang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., deploying in the fields of energy storage systems and core components of new energy vehicles, and launching the dual-drive model of "automotive low-voltage batteries + new energy".

2023: Invested hundreds of millions of yuan in advancing new energy project construction, with the annual output value of the new energy sector reaching 100 million yuan.

2024: Completed Series B financing, obtaining capital support to accelerate the expansion of new energy business; the annual output value of the new energy sector is expected to exceed 600 million yuan.
